THEATRE FOR COMPANIES
Today’s business environment is far more competitive than ever before, requiring multidisciplinary teams that are highly motivated and equipped with transferable skills.
We use theatrical techniques as tools for training and team-building. Our programme has been designed by a multidisciplinary team (comprising artists, psychologists and business professionals) with a holistic and comprehensive understanding of workplace needs, the objectives to be achieved and the tools to be used.
Theatre helps to improve communication, teamwork and empathy among employees. This experiential methodology facilitates emotional expression, active listening and adaptation to change. By acting out real-life situations, conflict resolution and leadership skills are enhanced. Theatre provides a safe environment for practising interpersonal skills in a creative way. This strengthens group cohesion and well-being at work.
